Overall the movers( Shawn, Shaiar and Matt) did a timely and adequate job moving all of our furniture into our new office. Unfortunately I was unimpressed with the billing process. They finished the entire job in about an hour and half, which includes us waiting 30 minutes because there was an issue at our storage unit. Because of that wait, the movers decided to charge me an extra hour of service, mind you we were still well within the 3 hour minimum I was quoted. I received 2 receipts, one showed I was supposed to have 2 movers and the 2nd receipt said I had 3. When I called to dispute the charge, the woman on the phone first began to justify what the movers did. After I didn't buy that she told me to hold and man picked up and after explaining the situation to him he immediately understood that regardless of the wait time, they still finished the job in an hour half and there was no reason for them to charge me for another hour. He said he would refund the extra charge, I am still waiting for the refund to show on my account. It might take 3-5 business days(I'm assuming this based on my prior customer service knowledge, the man simply said I should see the refund soon).

Cheerful, friendly, helpful and efficient. I used Don's for a short-distance move of furniture only, although they also went ahead and grabbed a bunch of the smaller stuff I hadn't originally planned on along the way. Came in well under the estimate - and they even fixed the legs on my coffee table, which had been wobbly since I bought it!

This was the last of 3 moves that Don's Movers did for me (residential). Snoop was on all 3 moves and he is a miracle worker - love him! This was a move of our office over the weekend on 2/29/2020 - giant desks, tables, file cabinets, fire proof cabinets, artwork - we were really worried about how it would go. Our team was Christian, Bruce, Snoop, "Cheese", and Ed. I cannot say enough good things about these individuals and their job knowledge. They worked together as if they had been at it for years and they did relate that they had all been with this company for 15-30 years. They were careful with our property and helped us figure out where it was supposed to go in the new location based on the architect plans for placement. They preserved the screws to put the desks back together. I was very impressed by their communication with one another. They just kept at it until the move was complete. I was impressed by their almost military precision in attacking the project. I hope not to move again but this is the mover I am calling if it ever happens again.

Great move out completed by Scott, Omar and Shalar - they were fast, and took great care with our furniture and boxes. As will most women, we were not really ready, but they were all very patient and helped us organize. Everything made it to the new place safely.
