We have had a very bad experience with this moving company. We were scheduled for a three day pack. The first day everything seemed fine. The second day, everything was rushed through so they could finish that day, and during our unpacking we have seen the consequences. All of our big items, couches, desks, dressers, coffee tables, bookshelves etc, are completely beat up, there are gouges, dents, chunks taken out of edges and corners. One of our end tables legs came completely off. These items came out of the moving truck unwrapped, or only wrapped in paper. Our leather couch had gouges along the back and edges and was torn along the bottom. It was lying on its back in a crate along with our solid steel home gym, which was also unprotected. Both days of the pack I went out of my way to specifically ask that the couch and the home gym be wrapped and taken proper care of as they were especially important to us. It was apparently ignored. The home gym came out with scraps and dings all along is frame. Going out of my way to ensure that care be taken with these items only to find them the most neglected of items was very upsetting. After the movers left our house, I found one of the nuts that hold the gym together left in the garage. When it was assembled at our new home, one of the nuts and another bolt were found to be completely stripped and unable to be used. Don's packed our house in July 2017. At first it seemed okay. Everyone was friendly and working hard to pack our stuff right. The second day they came, they were just throwing things into boxes to get it done. I went out of my way numerous times to make sure they packed our home gym equipment with care. I asked if they were going to wrap it, they told me yes. I told them the items were very important to us. When we received them, our gym equipment and our leather couch were packed together, unwrapped or protected in any way. The beams of our squat rack were tied to each other and had rubbed together leaving scratches and chips in the paint. Also, our leather couch was covered in dirt and debris. There are now scratches and gouges on our couch as well as a 5" tear on the front. I can't even begin to say how disappointed I am that these items are damaged, especially the Rack as I went out of my way to make sure they took care with it. Also, some of our other pieces of furniture were damaged, book shelves and dressers, with chips or gouges in them, scratched and dented. I would not recommend.

Hard to be any better. The crew was on time; courteous; efficient and careful of the antiques and piano that we were moving. They placed everything with no damage and finished on time for the price quoted, which was reasonable. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely use them again.

Right from the start with Charles giving me an estimate for moving furniture and equipment to two separate locations, I could not have been more pleased. The entire team at Don's Moving was most accommodating. Frank, Snoop, Matt, and Rocky were all terrific, great communicators, and no request was overlooked. I would highly recommend this company!

Perfect moving company. Frank, Snoop, Jay, Christian and Bruce arrived on time, loaded the truck in no time and delivered without any damage. They were polite, exceptionally accommodating, and FAST! We saved quite a bit of money beyond the initial quote. Beyond that, Don's provided used moving boxes at no cost so that we could pack some of our stuff before the move. I would recommend them without reservation. In fact, I have!

Crew was very punctual and courteous, and for the most part did a good job, except they broke two legs on my bed frame and also broke the electrical wires on the bed upon removal. They never reinstalled the wires and remote to the bed, Left the broken wires just laying there. I normally wouldn't care but the bed is a adjustable temperpedic that I spent almost $7000.00 on less then a year ago. Not happy.
