Don’s Moving & Storage agrees to Spring pick-up, summer storage, and Fall drop-off of storage boxes for students living in the five traditional residential dormitory quads and the three apartment style complexes at the University at Albany. The storage boxes will be picked-up and dropped-off on the date and time agreed upon below. The dates are chosen by the University at Albany. The Standard Package includes 1 to 3 storage boxes, sized 48’’x28’’x24’’, and the student/customer is responsible for transporting belongings to and from the truck parked at the designated area. Additional services are available for a fee and include: extra bins; in room pick-up/drop-off; off-campus or alternative pick-up/drop-off locations; and, early pick-up of belongings at the Don’s Moving and Storage warehouse. All items will be stored at 981 Broadway, Albany, New York 12207.

Defrost and dry refrigerators in advance before packing for summer storage
Please DO NOT pack these items:
Combustible items like aerosol cans, lighters or matches
Food or other perishables
Liquids such as detergents, shampoos, alcohol, etc.
Important documents or paperwork
Valuables like money, jewelry or furs
Live houseplants
Due to the nature of how the items are stored Don's moving is not responsible for broken or missing items. Students should not store high value items like jewelry, money and collectibles.
